Busy Bucket offers residential and commercial cleaning services. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All bookings are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services based on availability or safety concerns.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
• Booking: Services must be booked through our website, by phone, or via email.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
• Access: Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays or no-shows may result in additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
• Rates: Pricing is based on service type, property size, and any special requirements.
• Payments: Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept E-transfers.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs.
• Secure any valuables or fragile items before the appointment.
• Notify us of any potential hazards on the premises (pets, alarms, sensitive areas etc.)
• Treat our staff with respect and professionalism.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you're not happy with a service, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate client information.
6. Damage and Liability
We are insured and take care during every job. However:
• Busy Bucket Services Inc. is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or improperly installed fixtures.
• Accidents must be reported within 24 hours of service.
• We may request documentation or inspection before resolving claims.
7. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
• Use it for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with its operation or security.
• Copy or reproduce any content without our written consent.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.
